Role (position_title) is empty across the org in Tanda, and per-team grouping needs the Tanda department OAuth scope (currently the token returns 403 on /departments + /locations). Once that scope is added, this directory can be split into per-person pages with their team/department and role. Chanya Thai and Venice are separate Tanda organisations (not in this token) and would be pulled the same way once their tokens are available.
